PRICING

Spruce Moose - $369/night

Bear's Den - $369/night

Cleaning and utilities fee - $100/reservation (regardless of the number of nights)

EARLY SEASON DISCOUNT:

June 1-14, 2025 - $332/night

We have a two-night minimum on all advance bookings. Trust us - you'll want to stay at least that long! Single nights may be booked within 2 weeks if available, or if single nights are available between longer bookings.

There are no taxes or other fees on our prices.

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

We will offer a full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.

If the nights were booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, we will offer a full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, we will offer a 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

  • Check-in time: 4:00PM (If you should arrive early, you are welcome to drop off your luggage while we finish getting your room ready.)

  • Check-out time: 10:00AM

  • No pets.

​​

  • No smoking of any kind.

​​

  • Because the entire Guesthouse is off-the-grid, we do ask for your help in conserving water, power and propane.

  • Please take your shoes off inside the Guesthouse.

​

  •  No heat-producing devices such as hair dryers, curlers, coffee makers, etc.
    (A low-wattage hairdryer is available for your use.)
